<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treatment of cancer cell correlated with immunosuppression, and to provide a composition having a growth suppressing efficacy to tumour cell related with immunosuppressiong. <P>SOLUTION: The antisense-oligonucleotides hybridizing with an area of a gene coding for transforming growthfactor-β (TGF-β) comprising the following nucleic acid sequences identified in the sequence listing under SEQ ID NO. 57, 70, 71, 72, 76, 79, 83, 85, 104, 105, 113, 119 and 133, each of the nucleic acids having a DNA- or RNA-type structure, and the composition containing the antisense-nucleic acid, are obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
