PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally shrinkable film which is suitable for wrapping beverage containers, sealing caps, and the like, has excellent low temperature shrinkability, natural shrinkability, rigidity, and the like, and comprises a block copolymer composition having excellent down gaugeability, dimensional stability and low temperature shrinkability. SOLUTION: This thermally shrinkable film comprises a block copolymer comprising a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene in a weight ratio of 65/35 to 95/5 and having a specific structure, or a composition containing the block copolymer.
