PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface finish construction method of piping joint port buried type enabling easy removal of a temporarily connected plug without breaking the surroundings of a loose hole after wall surface finish because mortar and adhesive for wall surface finish do not adhere to an outer peripheral face of the temporarily connected plug. SOLUTION: In this wall surface finish construction method of piping joint end port buried type in which the temporarily connected plug is mounted in a joint end port of previously fixed piping provided on an outer side for a wall surface finish side in the loose hole provided in a wall body and the temporarily connected plug is pulled out to attach a regular connection part after wall surface finish, a covering member is fitted in an outer peripheral face of the temporarily connected plug in advance, and the temporarily connected plug is pulled out by leaving the covering member adhered closely to a wall by wall surface finish.
