PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan packaging device having good working efficiency with which even a single person can package. SOLUTION: The ventilation fan packaging device for a massive ventilation fan having support legs 4 for carrying a motor 3 fixed to one of surfaces of a square supporting frame 2 and having the supporting frame 2 formed as a stepped drawn structure 5. The device includes an upper corrugated cardboard box 11 for capping the side of the motor 3, a lower corrugated cardboard box 12 for wrapping the side of the frame 2, U-shaped side holders 16 oppositely interposed between the upper and lower corrugated cardboard boxes 11 and 12, and a fastening band 17 to be wound around the boxes 11 and 12. It is further equipped on the bottom of the lower corrugated cardboard box 12 with a cushioning medium 13 made of a corrugated cardboard material fitted inside the drawn structure 5 of the frame 2 for holding the frame 2. A paper-made guide plate 21 is provided, which is brought into contact with the frame 2 of the ventilation fan carried by a conveyer or the like from above the lower box 12 in the lateral direction and slid to be fitted into the cushioning material 13 for guiding the drop of the ventilation fan when packaging.
