PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical isolator of a multi-core structure having a plurality of incident parts and emitting parts. SOLUTION: The optical isolator is composed by arranging in order the incident parts 11 in which a plurality of optical fibers 11a are arranged, a first lens 12, a first double refraction crystal 13, a Faraday rotator 14, a second double refraction crystal 15, a second lens 16, and the emitting part 17 in which a plurality of optical fibers 17a are arranged. The plurality of optical fibers 11a arranged in the incident part 11 share the first lens 12, and the plurality of optical fibers 17a arranged in the emitting part 17 share the second lens 16.
