PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply stabilizing a medicine by collectively carrying out the kneading treatment, or the like, of the medicine together with a macromolecular polymer. SOLUTION: This method for stabilizing the medicine is the method for producing a kneaded product by compressing and shearing a material to be kneaded by the rotation of a disc, and helically transferring the compressed and sheared product by the rotation of a helical screw. The treatment by the kneading, extruding, or the like, is carried out by charging at least the medicine and the macromolecular polymer to an extruder which is constituted so that the charged materials may be pushed out in the outer periphery direction by the boundary line part of the rotary disc and a fixed disc at a valley between both discs, and sent out between the outer periphery of the rotary disc and the inner surface of a cylinder, so that these performances may be carried out collectively.
