PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fertilizer for plant which has a strong defensive action against disease and insect damage without adverse effect on environment or ecosystem, is supplied to the plant stably for a long period in soil, does not cause futile use of a plant growth regulator and is capable of eliminating needless works, improving the biological activity of the plant and exhibiting excellent effect particularly on flower growing. SOLUTION: The fertilizer for the plant is prepared by impregnating powdery bat guano with the plant growth regulator containing crude drugs such as the Phellodendri Cortex, the Sophora root or the rhubarb as effective ingredients.
