PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen interlocking of a car door and a landing door so as to smoothly open and close the landing door, and to lessen components eliminating a push-out means to reduce force necessary for the door opening and closing operation to decrease noises. SOLUTION: Upper and lower links 10 and 11 are included in a parallelogram link mechanism 9, the link 10 extending toward an interlocking vertical bar 5 over a pivot axis 12 in the link longitudinal direction. A roller holding member 14 is provided at an extended portion 13 of the link 10. A roller 15 is mounted at an upper end of the roller holding member 14. At a fixed upper frame 16 of the car, a long rail 55 is provided for maintaining opening and closing movement by turning the link 10 around the pivot axis 12 upward with the contact of the roller 15 so as to move a sandwiching bar 6 toward the interlocking bar 5. At the closing end of the car door 2 of the long rail 55, an introduction recess 18 is formed for introducing the roller 15 to turn the link 10 downward so as to move the sandwiching bar 16 away from the interlocking vertical bar 5.
