PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas permeable bag for packaging rice or the like, which can be deaerated easily to eliminate air sealed in the bag upon filling it with contents. SOLUTION: The bag is made of a laminated film having a base material layer and a thermoadhesive resin layer, and is formed into a rectangular shape via a peripheral thermal adhesion part. At least the portion of the thermal adhesion part that forms one side of the rectangular bag is a gas permeable thermal adhesion part consisting of a non-thermal adhesion part and a thermal adhesion part, and one or a plurality of linear projections of 0.5-3.0 mm wide and 0.1-1.5 mm high are formed in one of the layer of the laminated film on the non-thermal adhesion part to project inward in perpendicular to the gas permeable thermal adhesion part.
