PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat capable of setting a back frame in at least two operating positions without losing a comfortable sitting feeling, in a structure where a net member are temporarily constructed over the back frame and a cushion frame. SOLUTION: In the structure where the net member is suspended from between the front end frame section of the cushion frame and the upper end frame section of the back frame to form a sitting surface, a length changing means of changing a lengthwise length of the net member is provided. The lengthwise length of the net member can be changed by the length changing means, therefore the net member can be maintained in such a condition that it is tensed at either of two operating positions (a normally operating position and a fully reclining position). Thus, the back frame can be changed to at least the two operating positions without the losing of the comfortable sitting feeling even in the structure where the net member is suspended over the back frame and the cushion frame.
