PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and a method for fixing its circuit box, capable of easily mounting the circuit box on a tank, and completely preventing the falling of the circuit box from the tank. SOLUTION: In this cleaning device 10, a tank 24 is recessed with a circuit accommodation recessed part 54 for including an insertion opening 54A which opens below and is inserted with a relay box 62 along the vertical direction; and an accommodation opening 54B opened in a direction orthogonally crossing the vertical direction, and is protruded with a crosslinking part 60 for striding and crosslinking the accommodation opening 54. The relay box 62 accommodated in the circuit accommodation opening 54 is arranged so that a connector 72 connected to a connector part 70 positioned on the side opposite to the insertion opening 54A relative to the crosslinking part 60 can be engaged with the crosslinking part 60. Thus, extraction and falling from the circuit accommodation opening 54 can be prevented by engagement with the relay box 62 itself or the connector 72 and the crosslinking part 60.
