PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spin-drying processing even when laundry is uneven in a drum during spin-drying process and to perform an efficient and effective washing and spin-drying processing. SOLUTION: This drum type washing and spin-drying machine has a washing and spin-drying machine body 10 having a hollow cylindrical drum 12 rotated to wash and spin-dry laundry, which is supported on a support base 30 provided on a base 20 through a vibration isolation mechanism, and a control device for controlling the washing and spin-drying processing operations. The vibration isolation mechanism is formed of a vibration isolation and inclination device 40 having both vibration isolating function and inclining function, and the vibration isolation and inclination device 40 is provided in two positions adjacent to the center-of-gravity position of the whole drum type washing and spin-drying machine symmetrically to the central axis of the drum 12, so that the drum 12 is inclined when inputting or taking out the laundry.
