PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag capable of achieving an expected waterproofing capability with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A waterproof intermediate bag-shaped storage part 13 whose top is open is stored in an outer bag-shaped storage part 12 whose top is open, and an inner bag-shaped storage part 14 whose top is open is stored in the intermediate bag-shaped storage part 13. Then, the open ends of the outer bag-shaped storage part 12, intermediate bag-shaped storage part 13 and inner bag-shaped storage part 14 are covered with a strengthened piece 18 and stitched to make a storage part 11. Further, a waterproof intermediate bag-shaped lid whose bottom is open is stored in an outer bag-shaped lid 22 whose bottom is open, and an inner bag-shaped lid 24 whose bottom is open is stored in the intermediate bag-shaped lid. Then, the open ends of the outer bag-shaped lid 22, intermediate bag-shaped lid and inner bag-shaped lid 24 are covered with a strengthened piece 28 and stitched to make a lid 21.
