PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quite safe electronic device showing no anxiety of injury even if a user such as an infant or a small child handles it. SOLUTION: The electronic device of the present invention is characterized in that the same is comprised of a soft storing unit and some soft electronic parts stored in the storing unit. In the present invention, the storing unit for use in packaging the desired electronic parts is soft and the electronic parts themselves are soft, so that it is possible for a shock when the device strikes against a certain item (a striking force at the time of striking) to be restricted low. In addition, since the electronic parts themselves are soft, it does not need for the storing unit itself to be made larger than that required and so it is possible to attain a small-sized formation or a light weight formation of the electronic device of the present invention.
