<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television telephone system which does not display wasteful images, when it is used while driving a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a communication unit 33 mounted on a vehicle for making communications, a vehicle condition detector 37 for detecting the running condition of own vehicle, and a monitor 31 for displaying an image sent from a communication party. When the detector 37 detects own vehicle to be running, the communication unit 33 sends a signal for stop image transmitting to the communication party, thus stopping the transmitting of unwanted image signals for the driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
