METHOD AND APPARATUS, WHICH CHECK VALIDITY OF FIRST COMMUNICATION PARTICIPANT IN COMMUNICATION NETWORK HAVING FIRST AND SECOND COMMUNICATION PARTICIPANTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus, which are simplified and improved comparing to widely known methods and apparatuses, to check the validity of communication participants in a communication network.

SOLUTION: The first communication participant forms first error identification data. The second communication participant forms error information, including second error identification data of the second communication participant and information regarding a random number, by using the second error identification data where the second communication participant is formed and information regarding the random number transmitted from the first communication participant to the second communication participant. The error information is transmitted from the second communication participant to the first communication participant, and the first communication participant checks the second error identification data of the second participant and the first error identification data of the first participant by using the error information. Further, by constituting the first and second communication participants, the above-described method is executed.
