<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing water preparation method which aims at preparation of sterilizing water containing hypochlorous acid or chlorous acid just at time to spray so that the sterilizing water can be used at stable concentration for a long time and is easily usable, and a spray type storage can used therefor, and a spray type sterilizer using the storage can. <P>SOLUTION: The one-can spray type sterilizer 6 has two spray means 11-5, 11-6 on the head part of a storage can body 17. Two inside containers 13, 14 built in the storage can body 17 are bag containers formed of a multi-layer film comprising some flexible and chemical-resistant materials such as polypropylene. Sodium hypochlorite and/or sodium chlorite or caustic soda is put into one bag container and at least one of hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, and supersaturated carbon dioxide containing water is put into another bag container. An LP (liquid paraffin) gas, nitrogen gas, or the like, is pressure-filled into a spray gas space 18. A mixing system is provided inside a cap 22 used by pushing by a finger.
