<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-wheel or four-wheel bicycle capable of carrying out a speed change in addition to forwarding and advancement by a stepping driving action of a pedal. <P>SOLUTION: A ratchet R is provided on a driving shaft 5 connecting a crank 7 and a differential gear (DF) and a crank boding part and a rotation direction of the ratchet is made switchable by switching levers 6a, 6b. The forwarding and the advancement are also made possible by a hydraulic cylinder provided on right and left cranks 7a, 7b and an oil pressure communication passage.
