PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support aid apparatus and its control method and its program for efficiently and properly supporting replies to inquiries from users.

SOLUTION: A Q&A database 103 is stored to manage inquiry information related with inquires from users and reply information corresponding to the inquiry information by making those information correspond to each other. A support aid program 102 displays an acceptance slip screen having at least an inquiry information input area for inputting inquiry information, an instructing part for instructing the execution of retrieval corresponding to the inquiry information, and a reply information display area for displaying the retrieval result by retrieval at an operator terminal 101. Then, the support aid program retrieves the reply information corresponding to the inquiry information by referring to the Q&A database 103 based on operations corresponding to the instructing part. Then, the retrieved reply information is displayed in the replay information display area of the acceptance slip picture.
