<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image storage panel giving long-term repetitive use in addition to excellent sharpness without speed loss even in a severe operational environment, but not showing any defect at all with respect to adhesiveness between a storage phosphor layer and an antihalation undercoat layer. <P>SOLUTION: This radiological image storage panel includes a supported layer of storage phosphor particles dispersed in a joining medium and a thereto-neighboring layer arrangement of an intermediate layer between the supported layer and a support body having a reflection characteristic. The layer arrangement comprises the antihalation undercoat layer containing dye of one or more kinds and positioned closer to the support body, and an improved adhesiveness layer positioned closer to the layer of the phosphor particles.
