PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and recover contents from a granular substance-housed bag such as a disposable body warmer. SOLUTION: The separator consists of a pretreatment machine 100 and a main body part 120. A raw material 11 is thrown in the part 120 after its packaging material is prescored by the machine 100. The part 120 is provided with a casing 121, a crushing edge 128 fitted to a rotary shaft 122 arranged in the casing 121, screens 135, 136 forming the lower half part of the casing 121 and a guiding member 132 arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the casing 121. The raw material 11 thrown in the casing 121 is crushed by the edge 128 by rotating the shaft 122. The packaging material is moved to a recovery port 121B of the casing 121 by the member 132, while the contents are made to fall through the screens 135, 136 and separated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
