MANUFACTURE OF CONDENSER LENS ARRAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily manufacture an order-made condenser lens array that meets a product error of a semiconductor laser array stack. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a condenser lens array comprises; a first process for preparing the semiconductor laser array stack 1 while preparing a photocurable resin molding 2 having photo-curability wherein curing occurs by irradiation with a laser beam and the depth of curing in the direction of a laser irradiation depends on the intensity of the laser beam; a second process for irradiator with a laser beam by arranging the molding 2 in front of the laser array stack 1 with respect to the direction of the laser emission; a third process for removing uncured portions of the molding 2; and a fourth process for allowing to lose the photo-curability of the molding 2 to fix the curing.
