PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member which is used to fasten and fix an accessory of a stroboscope, etc., to an accessory shoe of an imaging apparatus, such as a camera-builtin VTR, and prevents easy removal of the accessory from the imaging apparatus by restricting the movement of the mounting member even in case of the occurrence of a slack. SOLUTION: The accessory shoe 17 consists of a sheet metal member having a base piece 17a, side surface pieces 17b, top surface pieces 17c, and stopper pieces 17d. Both ends of the base piece 17a are bent and raised to form the side surface pieces 17b. Both ends of the respective side surface pieces 17b are bent inward to each other and are horizontally opposed to form the top surface pieces 17c and the one-longitudinal side ends of the top surface pieces 17c are bent to the base piece 17a side, by which the stopper pieces 17d are formed.
