PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for concealing information which specifically conceals information by means of a label and allows the contents in the lower side of the label which is legible (by using a machine) before marking the label to become illegible any longer after marking the label, for example, by using laser. SOLUTION: The label for concealing information comprises a transparent and, in particular, plastic lining layer which contains an additive displaying a change of color when being irradiated with laser. On the surface of the lining layer, a logo made by using an ink containing color pigment which generates luminescence (fluorescence and phosphorescence) is formed beforehand and, on the other side surface opposite to the surface on which the logo is formed, a self-adhesive adhesive 2 is applied and, properly, a strippable paper 3 or a strippable film is lined.
