PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace only upper-lower caps when desiring to change external appearance design of an escutcheon. SOLUTION: This indoor side escutcheon 3 is fixed to an inner wall surface via at least upper-lower fixtures, and is composed of a frame-shaped cover body 11 having upper-lower end part openings 12 and 12, the upper-lower caps removably fitted in the cover body 11 so as to block up the end part openings and replaceable with a design different article of the same kind of article and a battery housing case 13 incorporated into a space of the cover body 11, and is characterized in that an engaging object part is formed in an outside end part of the battery housing case 13, and when extracting the caps having an engaging claw part or an engaging arm for engaging with this engaging object part in a locking state from the end part openings 12 of the cover body 11, the battery housing case 13 also appears together from the cover body 11.
