PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type filtration dewatering device having an effective filtration dewatering function while filtered water discharged from a filtered water discharge channel is treated rationally. SOLUTION: A filtered water storage tank 16 is installed just under a cylindrical filter 1 installed horizontally. The upper surface of the tank 16 is opened over the whole area of a filtered water discharge channel forming region in the filter 1, and the lower surface is closed by a bottom plate 17 of a surface downward slanted from the starting end direction of the filter 1 to the terminal. In the bottom plate 17, a drain opening 18 derived from its high position is formed, and a sludge discharge opening 19 which is derived from a low position, is normally opened, and can be opened when required, is formed.
