This invention prevents loss of inside temperature to the outside by injecting warm water between double film that is formed onto the window and panel that are used as construction material. This invention reduces heat loss since it prevents loss of inside temperature to the outside. Moreover, building is protected by warm water, which in turn reduces heating cost. Moreover, inside and outside is divided with double film, which eliminates dew condensation that is caused by the gap in the inside and outside temperature. |
