Disclosed is to a freeze dryer in which a freezing room in a refrigerator or a freezer has a hole through which external air is circulated, thus drying a ginseng, a mushroom, herbs, sliced deer antlers, etc. and also keeping raw deer antlers. The freezing room includes an air circulation hole formed at one sidewall of the freezing room and having a through-hole plate wherein a plurality of through-holes are formed, the air circulation hole being opened and closed by a stopper, a wicker tray for containing a ginseng, a mushroom, herbs and deer antlers for dry, the wicker trays containing plural slide grooves, respectively and having a support frame and a net, a ventilation fan mounted at the outer side of the through-hole plate (16), for exhausting cool air based on predetermined information, and a controller that is variably controlled by manipulating the ventilation fan and an operating switch based on predetermined information. |
