PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a component housing operation into a mission case and an electrically connecting operation. SOLUTION: A body unit 3 is composed of a wire layout circuit 4 formed by bending a rigid wire 10 in designated wiring patterns, a base member 5 providing the wire layout circuit 4 on an upper surface and mounting electronic components such as ROM20 etc., and a cover 6 fixed on the base member 5 so as to cover the wire layout circuit 4 arranged on the base member 5.
