PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure vibration welding to a welded member while reducing manufacturing costs for a blow molding product. SOLUTION: An upper side protruded portion 21 and a lower side protruded portion 23 protruded to the rear face of an instrument panel and extending to the cross direction of a vehicle are provided at the upper end and at the lower end of a rear side wall portion 13a of a left side duct part 13 of an air-conditioner duct 1. A lower side welded portion 23a abutting on the welded face of the instrument panel 3 is provided at the end of the lower side protruded portion 23, and the lower side welded portion 23a is molded so that its end corresponds to a parting line L of a mold. A jig 29 for a vibration welding machine is pushed against a front side wall portion 13c of the left side duct part 13 and the instrument panel 3 is vibrated when the upper side welded portion 21a and the lower side welded portion 23a are welded to the rear face of the instrument panel 1.
