PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure restoration support system which can grasp a work progress state in a failure diagnostic center. SOLUTION: In the failure restoration support system including a remote monitoring terminal 1 having a storage unit 4 for storing operating information in its failure time, a monitoring center 9 for receiving a failure occurrence report from the monitoring terminal 1, the failure diagnostic center 14 operated by a report from the monitoring center 9 and connected to a storage unit 17 via a communication line 8 to collect operating information and to diagnose the failure, and support terminal units 19, 22 connected to the diagnostic center 14 via the line 8 to read the diagnostic information of the failure, the terminal units 19, 22 each has a display means 26 for displaying the progress state of the failure diagnosis in the diagnostic center 14.
