PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal multiplexing device capable of easily confirming whether or not a total sum of input rates of digital signal from plural channels selected for multiplexing is less than an allowable transmission rate to a transmission path, etc. SOLUTION: A digital signal multiplexing device is provided with an operation means 2 for selecting plural channels which multiplex from plural channels; an input rate calculating means 3 for calculating an input rate of each digital signal of plural channels; an output calculating means 5 for calculating an output rate to a transmission path; an allowable calculating means 4 for calculating an output allowable transmission rate and a remaining allowable transmission rate calculated by the output calculating means, based on the calculated output rate to the transmission path and a total sum of input rate of selected plural channels by the operation means among calculated input rate of each digital signal of plural channels; and a display means 6 for displaying the calculated remaining allowable transmission rate.
