PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict electrical behavior of a multi-port device having balanced device ports. SOLUTION: This system predicts the electrical behavior of devices (500, 1900) and is provided with an arithmetic processing means, a means for expressing at least one balanced matching circuit network (100) having a balanced input port (102) and a balanced output port (108), a means for expressing connection of at least one matching circuit network between the balanced output port (108) and a balanced port of the device (500), a means for calculating a matching circuit network S parameter matrix S<SB>M</SB>, a means for calculating a device S parameter matrix S<SB>D,</SB>a means for calculating a serial connection S parameter matrix S<SB>C</SB>about the matching circuit network (100) combined with the device (500) and a means for extracting a mixture mode serial connection S parameter S<SB>Cmm</SB>from the serial connection S parameter matrix.
