PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stop for temporarily fastening and easily releasing a door, and firmly lockable when necessary in the door stop for fixing the door to a full opening position by attracting a door side magnet and a plate composed of a magnetic substance rockingly arranged on a floor surface. SOLUTION: This door stop has the magnetic substance plate vertically rockingly installed on a pedestal and the magnet fixed to a lower part of the door, and has a temporarily fastening mechanism for temporarily locking on the magnet by first locking force for extracting the plate when the plate is attracted to the magnet and a lock mechanism for locking and releasing the plate locked on the temporarily fastening mechanism by second locking force larger than the first locking force by operation from an external part.
