PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure though being simple but keeping stable holding states of rings in a back cover part of a file with a cover main body continuously having a front cover part, a rear cover part and the back cover part and disk-like binders, each of which is inserted in each slit formed extending breadthwise in the back cover part so as to stand upright in order to engage and bind sheets therewith. SOLUTION: In the file 1, a holding means 4, with which the back cover part 23 is kept under a state being deformed into a form projected along the direction of its height to the inner surface 21a side of the front cover part 21 and to the inner surface 22a side of the rear cover part 22, is provided.
