PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reactuation of an agitator even if a screen is closed once opened. SOLUTION: A concrete hopper 2 is equipped with the agitator 10 whose driving source is a hydraulic motor 9; the screen 12 is openably/closably provided in the concrete hopper 2; and an operating lever 15 is projected at one end of an opening/closing shaft 11 of the screen 12. A stop valve 17, which is built into a hydraulic circuit of the agitator 10, is installed in close vicinity to one end of the shaft 11. A link 19 with a slot 18 is coupled to the operating lever 16 of the stop valve 17, and a pin 19, which is passed through the slot 18, is attached to the operating lever 15. The stop valve 17 is operated by transmitting only an opening operation of the screen 12 to the operating lever 16, so as to stop the supply of pressure oil to the hydraulic motor 9.
