PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive decorative sheet which is used for interior of buildings, interior of fixtures, interior of vehicles and the like and has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding properties, electromagnetic wave absorption properties, antistatic properties and other properties. SOLUTION: This electrically conductive decorative sheet 101 includes a substrate 1, a colored layer 4, an adhesive layer 5, and a transparent resin layer 6. An electrically conductive layer 3 is provided in a pattern form on the substrate 1 in its side with no colored layer 4 of the substrate 1. The substrate 1 and the transparent resin layer 6 are preferably formed of a polyolefin resin. A surface protective layer can be provided on the uppermost surface on the colored layer 4 side of the substrate 1.
