PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a Z-shaped card holder made of PET resin, to which a measure for stopping slipping-off from a rack member is taken, with good accuracy, simply and at low cost. SOLUTION: This transparent card holder 1 made of PET resin includes: a support surface 11 supporting a price card C from the back; a clamping surface 12 bent from the lower edge part of the support surface 11 toward the front and extended upward, thereby clamping the price card C in a space up to the support surface 11; and an insert surface 13 bent from the upper edge part of the support surface 11 toward the back and extended downward to rush into a slit 21 of the rack member 2. The manufacturing method for the Z-shaped card holder 1 includes the steps of: forming fused PET resin into a sheet by flat forming; forming a projection A in the vicinity of the end part finally belonging to the insert surface 13 in the obtained PET resin sheet; and bending the PET resin sheet in zigzags in two portions to form the support surface 11, the clamping surface 12 and the insert surface 13 including the projection A.
