PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a Pachinko game machine which ensures control of an index related to a start producing a special prize. SOLUTION: A central control device obtains the number of reserved balls right before the special prize based on the value obtained from experiences, and obtains the total number of reserved balls increased during the special prize by subtracting the number of reserved balls from the number of reserved balls right after the special prize. Then, the total number of starts is obtained by subtracting the total number of reserved balls increased during the special prize from the total number of starts for each Pachinko game machine. The average number of starts is obtained on the basis of the total number of starts obtained in the manner. In this case, reliability on the number of reserved balls increased during the special prize and likewise on the average number of starts is enhanced by increasing accuracy of the value obtained from experiences in obtaining the number of reserved balls right before the special prize.
