PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spawning ground and a propagation ground for surface and intermediate layer fishes. SOLUTION: A submerged floating fish reef made of a plastic material has U-shaped grooves in a digitate form. The bent part is provided with an insertion hole 1 and an engaging groove, and a belt plate 2 between the holes is provided with bamboo, or the like. A back groove 4 having a protrusion 3 is also provided with the similar parts. A connection hole 5 is formed perpendicular to a mooring rope. The bamboo, or the like, expanded slantly backward in upper and lower directions in the form of a fan has small resistance to tidal flow and the fish reef plate is maintained to be horizontal by the suppressing force of the upper- and down-streams. An artificial tree has an arched groove trunk and an artificial twig with leaves is attached to a crescent branch 7 to decrease the resistance to the tidal flow. The figures 5, 7 show the structure to widen the distance between of the artificial tree by changing the angles of the digitate grooves of the submerged fish reef. The figures 8, 9 show the case to change the angles of the slant support posts 19 of the wheel-like submerged fish reef to widen the distance between the tips of the artificial tree, bamboo, or the like, to increase the swimming area between the fish reefs and improve the reef effect.
