NON-NATURAL LABELED AMINO ACID AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING AMINO ACID/tRNA COMPLEX

A labeled amino acid which can be transferred into a protein with the use of a protein synthesis system and a functional protein having a function originating in a labeling compound. A labeled amino acid wherein an aromatic ring is bonded to a side chain of the amino acid and a labeling compound is further bonded to the amino acid via the aromatic ring; and a functional protein having the labeled amino acid transferred thereinto. Also, a novel method for efficiently obtaining a labeled amino acid/tRNA complex is provided.
