<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing implement of a ballpoint pen type for which no strict airtightness is requested, of which the production cost is low and which causes no break of a written line, nor a break of coating. <P>SOLUTION: In the writing implement of which the writing part is fitted to the fore end of a holding tube filled with a writing liquid, a pusher sliding inside the holding tube, in contact with the rear end surface of the writing liquid in the tube, comes into contact with the fore end part of a pressure spring disposed on the rear end side of the holding tube. The pressure spring is subjected to a compressing action at least on the occasion of writing and it presses the writing liquid by the pressure of restoration thereof through the intermediary of the pusher. On the occasion of writing, in particular, the rear end part of the pressure spring of the holding tube is advanced by a pressing means of a knock type, a rotating screw type or a sliding type, thereby compresses the pressure spring to a prescribed position and holds in an engaged state at the position in this constitution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
