<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent or suppress the adhesion of a dust etc. to an objective lens in a pop-up state resulting from the moving of a cartridge holder to a filling position. <P>SOLUTION: A first opening 63 to which an optical head 51a of optical pick-up 51 recording information on an optical disk and playing back the information from the optical disk is joined and from which at least an objective lens 50 of the optical head 51a projects, and a swelling part 60 swelling to the cartridge holder side outside a plane of projection to a chassis 41 of the optical disk held in a record play back position are arranged in a dust-proof enclosure 44. A second opening 64 connected to the first opening 63 is arranged on the lateral part of the swelling part 60.
