<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems wherein a visa of entry permit for a foreign traveler issued by an embassy, etc., is used by a different person to make him/her to illegally enter a country, a person who can not be normally allowed to enter the country by an immigration check, for example, a deported person enters the country with another person's passport, a driver's license is doubly issued, a stolen credit card is used, or the like because personal authentication is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: A biometrics authentication server 10 that uses as authentication data individual biometrics information (fingerprint, palmprint, face, iris, voiceprint and signature) provides an individual authentication service. In Figure 1, an authentication requesting person uses a various user terminal to request authentication from the biometrics authentication server 10.
