<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calling staffs in a facility such as a hospital that can take emergency contact with the staffs of a medical field in charge when an emergency patient is carried in night emergency care or the like in the facility and staffs on duty are unable to handle the case. <P>SOLUTION: A staff calling apparatus includes: a staff information database for storing particular fields of facility's staffs and their telephone numbers or the like; and a position information database for storing position information in cross-reference with the telephone numbers. The apparatus includes: a means for setting a standby level of each staff in cross-reference with a date time zone and storing the settings to the database; a means for receiving data entries with respect to contents of help to facility's visitors and the emergency; a means for collating data of a help request with the staff information, the position information, and the standby level stored in the database and selecting corresponding staffs; and a means for informing the corresponding staffs through their mobile phones of the help. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
