PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cogged belt made at least simple even if a post-treatment process is not made perfectly unnecessary, and to design the structure of the cogged belt. SOLUTION: The cogged belt is manufactured in a molding hole and demarcated by a rotary molding wheel 1 and a rotary seamless molding belt 2. The wheel has a groove 3 demarcated by the lateral side surface of the wheel and recessed parts 4 are provided to the bottom thereof to correspond to the teeth 5 of the toothed belt. The belt surrounds the wheel over a part of the periphery thereof to be locked with the lateral side surface 7 at the point thereof. Polyurethane is injected to the inlet of a molding hole. "Lost cores" are introduced into some recessed parts among the recessed parts corresponding to teeth so as to be perfectly embedded in the polyurethane on the upstream side of the inlet of the molding hole. After toothed belt is finished, the "lost cores" can be removed. For example, a passage usable for anchoring a fastener is left. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
