PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech contents recording service system and a service method which uses an existing mobile communication system as it is and stores and reproduces the speech contents in a storage in a message center on a network. SOLUTION: A mobile switching center 40 inquires service contents of a service request of a control station 70 via a common line signal network 50 when receiving the service request a record service of speech contents transmitted from a mobile terminal 10 of a transmitter side during speech, establishes a speech channel with a message center 60 via a telephone network 80, and instructs the message center to record the speech contents during the speech via the common line signal network when receiving a reply indicating that the service contents are to ask the record service of the speech contents from a service control station.
