PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerating agent composition having required properties, stability, and compressive strength, and functioning in every type of cement. SOLUTION: The accelerating agent composition is suitable for the use for a spray cement composition and is an aqueous solution or a dispersion of a formulated material consisting of an essential component 1:aluminum sulfate, a component 2:at least one kind of alkanol amine and alkylene diamine or triamine, and a component 3:hydrofluoric acid, and optionally containing a component 4:at least one kind of hydroxide, carbonate and sulphate of alkali (alkaline earth) metal and, a component 5:a 1-10C aliphatic mono-and di-carboxylic acid and its metallic salt, a component 6:aluminum hydroxide, and a component 7:at least one kind of phosphoric acid and phosphorous acid. Where, at least one kind of the component 4 or the component 5 is present and the accelerating agent composition contains 1-8.5% alkali metal in terms of Na<SB>2</SB>O equivalent.
