PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a value extremely different from an actual value caused by the vibration of a vehicle or steering or the like is successively detected sometimes in values sampled by a tilt sensor in a rolling-controlling device for a tractor or the like. SOLUTION: The tractor has a hydraulic cylinder for the rolling of the working vehicle, a stroke sensor for detecting the length of the cylinder and the tilt sensor. The tractor also has a controller for sampling the detection values by the tilt sensor over a prescribed time t1, and calculating a moving average value (a standard tilted value). The tractor further has an angular velocity sensor or a steering angle sensor, and the sampling of the tilt sensor value is regulated so as to be paused while the vibration or steering operation over a prescribed value is detected by the sensor.
