PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a partial change, addition, or deletion of a circuit formation of a wiring circuit. SOLUTION: A transmission provides a body unit 3 in a mission case 2. The unitized body unit 3 is comprised of the wiring circuit 4 forming a circuit with designated wiring patterns, a base member 5 providing the wiring circuit 4 on the whole surface and mounting ROM20 etc., and a cover 6 fixed on the base member 5 so as to cover the wiring circuit 4 arranged on the base member 5. The wiring circuit 4 is comprised of a rigid wire layout circuit portion 8 in which a rigid wire 10 is processed by bending in designated wiring patterns, and a flexible printed board 9 in which a conductive body 9b is formed with a designated wiring pattern on a flexible board 9a.
